In 2015, with the growing MICE (meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions) industry in the country, Manila Marriott Hotel expanded their facility and launched the Philippines’ largest convention center with the help of i3 Technologies Corporation.

It has features of 28 versatile rooms that range from small meeting spaces to a 3,000 square meter main ballroom. The biggest space, the main ballroom, can easily accomodate 4,000 guests for cocktails and 2,500 for banquet set-up when fully utilized.

i3 Technologies Corporation provided all the systems necessary to ensure the security of their newly launched facility. Top of the line and premium brands in the market were provided to Manila Marriott Hotel to maintain its sophisticated management and to meet its main goal – to capture a significant share of the MICE market.

i3 installed and integrated over 600 Axis communications cameras, Bosch Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, ASIS Technologies Access Controls, East Image Metal Detectors and X-ray walkthrough and explosion detections providing the best possible security and auxiliary solution for Manila Marriott Hotel.

Although the schedule was tight and the facility has restrictions during the installation, i3 was able to overcome these challenges and successfully complete the project within the timeframe desired by Manila Marriott Hotel. After more than 5 years of project completion, i3 Technologies maintained quality relationship and partnership with Marriott Hotel and continues to provide full support with none to minimal issues with the provided system.
