i3 Technologies’ maintenance program implemented by certified technical personnel that complementary for all projects to furnish consistent and high-quality end-to-end service. 
Inclusions:
  • Preventive Maintenance
    • Immediate phone support for technical concerns 24/7
    • User and operations training for client’s personnel
    • Checking of reported technical concerns, troubleshooting and restoration, if possible
    • Parts replacement, system reconfiguration, and/or application software installation will be quoted separately
  • Corrective Maintenance
    • On-site support for requests
    • Checking of reported technical concerns; troubleshooting and restoration, if possible
    • Service tickets
    • Parts replacement
    • Replacement of batteries, transformers, power supply, etc.
    • Unused service tickets are transferable to the following contract year
    • Optional add-on call back services

Preventive Maintenance

Regular preventive maintenance inspections implemented by certified technical personnel assure immediate detection of forthcoming problems and component failures. Abnormal operating conditions are detected earlier, and corrective action and recommendation can be immediately implemented.
Inclusions:
  • PM Services to be performed on a mutually agreed schedule
  • Immediate phone support for technical concerns 24/7
  • User and operations training of personnel
  • Checking of reported technical concerns; troubleshooting and restoration, if possible
  • Parts replacement, system reconfiguration, and/or application software installation to be quoted separately

Programs: Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly

Corrective Maintenance

Equipment must be placed back into service in minimum time during component failure by certified technical personnel. Corrective maintenance services shall be covered with service tickets; terms and conditions shall be applied.
Inclusions:
  • On-site support for requests
  • Checking of reported technical concerns; troubleshooting and restoration, if possible
  • Service tickets
  • Parts replacement for out-of-warranty equipment to be quoted separately
  • Replacement of batteries, transformers, power supply, etc.
  • Unused service tickets are transferable to the following contract year
